Full Wedding Planning Package

Planning a wedding can be one of the most stressful times in a couple’s life—but it doesn’t have to be! Whether you have a clear vision that you need flawlessly executed, or, you’re not sure where to begin, our full service package will allow you to relax, enjoy your engagement and bask in the glow of your big day! Package includes up to six hours of planning meetings (virtual or in-person), unlimited email, text and phone communication, budget creation and maintenance, venue vetting and site visits, vendor sourcing and contract review, creation and implementation of a detailed event timeline, ceremony rehearsal supervision, and up to twelve hours of on-site coordination on the day of the event.

Wedding Coordination

Perfect for those who have their big day all planned out and need a little professional assistance to bring it home. We will handle all the minutia to alleviate last minute stress and allow you to enjoy your big day with those you love! Packages are customized to meet your needs & budget, but generally include: an initial virtual meeting to discuss the specific needs of your wedding or event, budget management and distributing payments on the day, liaising with vendors and overseeing load in, set up & tear down, assistance sourcing any last-minute vendors or decor needs, managing a detailed timeline, ceremony cuing, and up to twelve hours of on-site coordination on the day of.

Hourly Virtual Event & Wedding Consulting

This is the package for those who need an Event Planner, without the full commitment. Planning Consulting is perfect if you need help sourcing and vetting a venue or specific vendors—or you simply don’t have the time—or, you need assistance streamlining your timeline or problem-solving logistics, or you have questions you need answered by a professional at any point in the planning process for your wedding or event. Let us do the leg work for you—after all, researching, liaising, organizing & problem solving are our jam!
